This Little Piggie

This evening while out on our constitutional, Olivia came upon a patch of ants. A few yards later she started whimpering about her "woast beef."

Steven caught on quicker than I did: she'd been bitten on her middle toe.

Kids are so funny and so cute.

So cute! Her poor little piggy, I hope it feels better.

I read this when you first posted it and I've been giggling over it to myself for days. Woast beef. So adorable!

It makes sense that ants would like roast beef much more than a piggy would. Hope she's feeling better.

I told this to Adam and he laughed, too.

He didn't laugh so much over the "Why we're having girls link," though he agreed that I'm beautiful. Yes! Poor guy just really wants a son some day, and is already a bit sensitive about his receding hairline (wasn't male attractiveness a point in the article?) At least we're prepared for even more girls now. Example of non-gender-neutral toys now that I've let that sink in: I made a quiet book that is pink all over with lots of sparkles! Whoo-hoo!

Also, don't worry, I smooch Audrey's lips lots and lots.
