I realized a while ago that if I want someone to notice that I've cleaned, I have to make it obvious. Regis knows to say "Thank you!" if I leave the vacuum out, because that means the floor is clean. Or if I'm scrubbing, I take before and after pictures. :)

Sad but true. Being a mom is just so wonderfully monotonous and constantly giving and doing for others.
